Outsourcing Consulting Services


Consulting  services  are  customized  in  a  collaborative,  six  step  process,  giving  clients  transparency  and  control  as  services  are  defined.  Control:  each  step  has  defined  exit  criteria  and  client  review/approval  gates.  Transparency:  clients  go  into  the  process  with  information  on  the  steps,  gates  and  exit  criteria.  The  process  ends  with  a  statement  of  work  (SOW)  that  clearly  spells  out:  deliverables;  terms;  conditions  and  pricing.

Inquiry

As the name implies, the Inquiry step is where everything starts – typically with a conversation sparked by a customer’s email or phone call.


Discovery

Discovery is where RiteSourced becomes familiar with the client’s situation and what outcomes the client expects the custom service to bring about. This step is not complete until the client is satisfied with our understanding of their situation and has approved the custom service design.


Propose

Propose is almost always an iterative step in which we provide service designs to the client for feedback, then respond with an revised version for additional comment. Service components may include – but aren’t limited to – tools, templates, collateral materials and interactive presentations. Service design scope covers: descriptive timelines of activities; roles; responsibilities; expected outcomes; deliverables and success metrics.


Price

This step is the point at which a custom service proposal and price is presented to a client for review. The client, may approve or request final design revisions. In that case, the new design is accompanied with all associated price adjustments. This step is not completed until the client is satisfied, all questions are answered and final design and price approval has been given.


Agree

The agreement step is where a finalized understanding, in the form of a services agreement,  for custom service specifications and pricing is presented to the client for signature.


Delivery

Customized services delivery is scheduled with the client once the services agreement is signed and executed.
